After-sales service

For jewelry repairs or restorations, our workshop handles each request on a case-by-case basis. It takes an average of 3 to 4 weeks for your repaired jewelry to be returned to you.

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase for orders placed on our website. If, during this period, one of your pieces of jewelry breaks or if the thread exceptionally loosens, we will cover the repair, provided you have at least the pendant and the brand tag.

For jewelry purchased at one of our points of sale, it is also guaranteed for 1 year, upon presentation of proof of purchase from the store. We will cover the repair, provided you have at least the pendant and the brand bead.

For any purchase where the warranty validity has expired, it is also possible to benefit from our after-sales service (whether purchased on our website or in-store). To do so, you need to contact our customer service at contact@tetesblondes.com to get a quote.

The following information will be required:

- First name, Last name

- Date of purchase

- Photo of the jewelry

- Reason for after-sales service request (breakage, loose thread, etc.)
