The following general terms and conditions aim to define the legal framework that will apply to the relationship between:

- Sunnyland Créations, the company that owns the Têtes Blondes brand and publishes the website www.tetesblondes.com,
- and anyone visiting or making a purchase on the website www.tetesblondes.com

Their purpose is to define the reciprocal rights and obligations of both parties in the different stages of ordering one or more items.
Anyone registering on the site must agree to these general terms and conditions of sale and accept them without reservation.
No purchase can be made on the site without first accepting these terms and conditions. Users can consult the general terms and conditions of sale at any time by clicking on the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" section at the bottom of the screen.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector.
If any particular provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or declared as such by a final and binding decision of a competent court (change in legislation, regulations, court decision), the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 1: Products and availability

The website tetesblondes.com offers jewelry and fashion accessories for sale.
The products sold are photographed and described as faithfully and accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions are possible.
Similarly, depending on the internet browser or screen used, the colors of the items may not correspond to the actual colors.
The illustrative photos used on our site come from our own photo shoots.

Article 2: Order

Article 3: Payment and security

On the website www.tetesblondes.com, payment for purchases is made at the time of order either by credit card, by Paypal or by Alma (payment in 3 installments without fees)

Payments by credit card and Paypal are collected upon ordering.
Cards bearing the "CB" logo and/or the VISA, EuroCard or MasterCard brand accepted in France and e-bank cards are usable.

Article 4: Price

The prices displayed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all French taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), but excluding processing and shipping fees. Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other; a code can only be used for one order.

Article 5: Delivery

5.1 How are the items delivered?

Parcel delivery is handled according to availability and your chosen service by La Poste (the French postal service) via "Lettre suivi" (tracked letter), "Colissimo suivi" (tracked parcel) requiring a signature from the recipient or a designated representative, or by Mondial Relay, Colissimo Relais, and Chronopost Relais. For tracked letters, the postman's scan upon delivery to the mailbox serves as proof of delivery. For other carriers, digital signatures and their reproductions serve as proof of delivery.

5.2 Delivery problems

If the buyer notices any tampering or damage to their package, they have three days to notify the seller. We advise you, if the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open upon delivery, to check the condition of the items in the presence of the delivery person and immediately note any issues on the delivery slip, or even refuse the package.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check whether their package has been tampered with or damaged. We advise you to always check the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery driver to verify the condition of the items, even if your package shows no signs of damage. If the items have been damaged or stolen, you must refuse the package and note this on the delivery slip (package refused because it was open or damaged). Têtes Blondes / SUNNYLAND CREATIONS cannot be held liable if the buyer has not made a reservation.
To obtain a refund or exchange (subject to availability), the buyer must inform us of any problems by sending a message via the "Contact" section. They must describe the problem in detail (e.g., damaged or already opened package). The buyer may be asked to provide a photo of the damage by email.
If the package is not delivered by the postal service, the buyer must inform Têtes Blondes via the "Contact" section. We will then open an investigation with the relevant services. You will receive an email confirming that an investigation has been opened. The postal service's final response time varies from 2 to 4 weeks. If the package is found, it will be sent to the customer according to the usual procedure. If the package is declared lost and there is no stock available to ensure a second shipment, the order will be refunded as soon as possible.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal and return of products

RETURN POLICY

All products sold on the site are exchangeable and refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn. Any items received that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Defective items

Products are considered defective if they are damaged upon receipt or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within six months of the purchase date. If your item is received defective or you wish to report a problem (damaged package, opened package, missing product, damaged or soiled product, etc.), you must notify us upon receipt of the package via the "Contact" section.
Next, submit a return request through your account and return the defective item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear will not be considered defective.

Colors

We make every effort to display the colors of the items offered on Têtes Blondes as accurately as possible. However, the resolution of computer, tablet, and smartphone screens varies from one device to another, so we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy.

Article 7: Responsibility

The products offered comply with current French legislation and applicable standards in France. Consequently, Têtes Blondes cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in any of the photographs, texts, graphics, information, or product specifications. Of course, you can contact our customer service department with any questions about the products.

Article 8: Intellectual and Industrial Property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the site published by Têtes Blondes are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide.
Therefore, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, use is authorized only for private purposes, subject to any different or more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under Intellectual Property law, unless prior authorization has been obtained from Têtes Blondes.
The trademark and logo appearing on the têtes blondes.com website are registered with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) under number 12 3 901 243 and are protected. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks and/or logos, made using elements from the website without the express authorization of Têtes Blondes, constitutes the offense of counterfeiting, punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 9: Personal Data

Têtes Blondes is committed to not disclosing to third parties the personal information you provide. This information is confidential. All our products benefit from:

- the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
To be able to benefit from the product warranty, it is essential to keep the product purchase invoice.
The contractual guarantees do not cover:
- abnormal or improper use of the products. We therefore invite you to carefully consult the care instructions.
- defects and their consequences related to use that does not conform to the intended purpose of the product,
- defects and their consequences related to any external cause.

Customer Service

For all "after-sales service" requests, a processing time of 21 days excluding weekends is required for the handling and repair of the jewelry.
For any inquiries, please contact the store where your jewelry was purchased or use the contact section if the purchase was made on the website.

Article 12: Disputes

Any dispute can be resolved through our customer service department, and failing an amicable settlement, the applicable jurisdictional rules will apply. However, the website www.tetesblondes.com reserves the right to bring legal action against the customer in the court of jurisdiction where their residence or registered office is located.

Article 13: No Waiver

It is agreed between Têtes Blondes and the users of the site that any failure or waiver by either party in the application of all or part of the commitments provided for in these general terms and conditions of sale shall not constitute a modification of this agreement, nor generate any right whatsoever, nor even be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the commitment in question.
