For jewelry repairs or restorations, our workshop handles each request on a case-by-case basis. It takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks for your repaired jewelry to be returned to you.

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase for an order placed on our site. If during this period, one of your pieces of jewelry breaks or, exceptionally, the thread becomes loose, we will cover the repair provided we are in possession of the pendant and the brand plate at a minimum.

Our jewelry is very durable and does not need to be removed before taking a shower. You can also wear it while swimming in the sea or pool. As for our pendants made of 925 silver or gilded with fine gold, no worries! However, if your pendant gets dirty by slightly blackening (a natural oxidation process), you just need to clean it gently with a cloth to make it shine (again) brightly!

However, some of our jewelry with a Gold bead requires special attention. This "Gold" bead is specific in our catalog and is Gold plated. Jewelry using this bead is accompanied by a card specifying that "To maintain the shine of our 3 micron Gold plating or golden Miyuki beads, of the model you have chosen, we recommend that you protect it from humidity, cosmetic and household products that could degrade the gilding" .

Our jewelry is mostly 2-in-1 necklace-bracelets. They are therefore made to be worn as a necklace or a bracelet according to your desires!
