All our jewelry is guaranteed for 12 months.

If the broken piece of jewelry was purchased within the last 12 months , repair is free (please provide us with your order reference)

Otherwise, we offer a repair for a fixed amount of €15 including tax , per item of jewelry , including reshipping within 3 to 4 weeks.

To validate the repair, you can, if necessary, pay for it by adding this product to your basket.

Please note that some beads may be missing, but the pendant and the Marque plate must be present.
